All free adverts include space for 1 picture and will remain active for 30 days.
Each advert will also be displayed on our Twitter page, this is to allow more people to see your items.
After 30 days adverts will remain on site but will no longer be active, you may pay a fee if you would like your advert to be active for a longer period of time.
Advertisers are ultimately responsible for ensuring that the adverts they place are suitable for listing on Tiddly-Kids (eg. they are legal and decent)
We reserve the right to edit, remove or reclassify any advert at our discretion.
Adverts using graphic, obscene or racist language are not allowed.
You may not sell counterfeit, stolen or any other item that breaches copyright, trademark causing infringement.
You should personally own the item you are selling.
Tiddly-Kids is a venue for the public to advertise on, we are not involved with the transactions made.
Tiddly-Kids are under no obligation to monitor or record the Postings or other activity, nor do we assume any responsibility for the quality, safety or legality of Items Posted, the truth or accuracy of any Postings, the ability of sellers to sell Items nor the ability of buyers to buy Items.
There are risks associated with buying and selling in such an environment and by using Tiddly-Kids you agree to accept such risks.
